Alt5 Sigma Corporation has reached a settlement with Wellington Peel, LLC, Jean-Francois Amyot, Hugues Benoit, and Prime Delta Corp., resolving litigation previously disclosed in November 2025. Under the agreement, the involved parties certified the destruction or return of all company information accessed, and confirmed that no such information had been disclosed to others. The settlement includes mutual releases of all claims related to the dispute, and the company's litigation has been withdrawn without prejudice. As part of the resolution, Alt5 Sigma will pay Wellington Peel, LLC $200,000 and issue a total of 225,000 shares of common stock to Wellington Peel, LLC and its principal, Hugues Benoit. Additionally, a former employee affiliated with Wellington Peel, LLC will receive 50,000 shares of common stock as part of a related dispute resolution. The settlement does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing by any party, and Alt5 Sigma does not expect it to have a material impact on its financial condition.
