Skyworks Solutions Inc. has approved its Fiscal Year 2026 Executive Incentive Plan, establishing cash incentive awards for senior management based on the achievement of specific revenue and non-GAAP operating income metrics. Under the plan, the Chief Executive Officer is eligible for incentive awards totaling up to 160% of base salary at target performance, and up to twice that amount if performance metrics are exceeded. The Chief Financial Officer can earn up to 100% of base salary at target, also with the potential to double the award for surpassing targets. The Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Technology Officer is eligible for up to 90% of base salary at target, and the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary can each earn up to 80% of base salary at target, with similar opportunities to double the payout for above-target results. The Compensation Committee will determine final awards at year-end and may opt to issue company stock in lieu of cash for all or part of any award.
