Shangri-La Asia's (SGX:S07, HKG:0069) subsidiary, Shangri-La International Hotel Management, agreed to renew its lease at the Kerry Centre in Hong Kong for two years, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up under 1% in Monday trading.
The company has agreed to pay a monthly rent of HK$2.1 million to property investment firm Ubagan.
The agreement also includes car parking licenses, including one floating car parking space at HK$3,350 per month and three fixed car parking spaces at HK$4,200 per parking space.
