Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. has announced the completion of the stimulation program for the Shenandoah South SS2-1H well in the Beetaloo Sub-basin, marking a significant milestone for the joint venture with Tamboran (B2) Pty Limited. The program involved stimulating 58 stages across a 3,050-metre horizontal section within the Amungee Member B Shale, utilizing Liberty Energy's modern equipment and achieving wellhead injection rates consistently above 100 barrels per minute. Optimization during the campaign increased stage spacing, which is expected to reduce future costs. Three additional wells are planned for stimulation in the first half of 2026, with initial 30-day production flow rates anticipated in the first quarter of that year. Gas sales are expected to commence shortly thereafter, delivering the contracted 40 MMcf/d volume under the Gas Sales Agreement with the Northern Territory Government, subject to weather and final approvals.
