Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) agreed to acquire three of Bulletin Resources' (ASX:BNR) Lake Rebecca project tenements in Western Australia for AU$500,000, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Bulletin Resources said the tenements to be sold in the Eastern Trend of the project are deemed non-core in the overall project scope, the filing said.

Ramelius Resources shares rose 1% in morning trade on Tuesday.
