Barton Gold Holdings Ltd. has announced further assay results from recent drilling at its Tunkillia Gold Project in South Australia. The assays highlight shallow, higher-grade gold intersections in the northern portion of the S1 'Starter Pit', supporting potential refinements to the project's mineral resource modelling. Barton Gold is targeting future gold production of 150,000 ounces per annum, with the Tunkillia project alone hosting JORC Mineral Resources of 1.6 million ounces of gold and 3.1 million ounces of silver. The S1 and S2 pits at Tunkillia are projected to produce 365,000 ounces of gold and 923,000 ounces of silver, generating an estimated $1.3 billion in operating free cash over the initial 2.5 years of production, based on assumed gold and silver prices. Barton Gold owns 100% of the region's only gold mill and is progressing multiple brownfield mining assets in the Gawler Craton region.
