Cementos Pacasmayo's (CPAC) majority stake is being acquired by sustainable construction company Holcim, Holcim said Tuesday.

Holcim said that it has put the transaction value at about $1.5 billion for 100% of the company and that it expects to close the deal in H1 of next year.

Holcim said Cementos is projected to have 2025 net sales of $630 million and an Ebitda margin of 28%.

Cementos has three cement plants with 5 million tons of annual capacity, along with 28 ready mix and precast concrete plants and more than 300 Dino retail stores, Holcim said.
