ATS Appoints Doug Wright as CEO

ATS has appointed Doug Wright as its new chief executive, effective in mid-January, the company said Tuesday.

Wright joins the Canadian automation and engineering company from Indicor, where he served as CEO of the diversified industrial solutions company that delivers specialized, mission-critical solutions to niche markets.

Prior to that, he was the CEO of building technologies at Honeywell International as well as CEO of Source Photonics.

Wright succeeds Ryan McLeod, who will continue to serve as interim-CEO until Wright joins ATS on or before Jan. 14, at which point McLeod will return to his role of chief financial officer.
