Cortina (SGX:C41) unit Cortina (Australia) agreed with a luxury watches and jewelry retailer in Victoria, Australia, for the transition of the latter's retail operations to Cortina (Australia), according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The deal is expected to complete by June 30, 2026, with the consideration amount concluded to be AU$24.5 million, the filing said.
