Globaltec Formation (KLSE:GLOTEC) unit NuEnergy Gas (ASX:NGY) said its subsidiary, Dart Energy (Tanjung Enim), agreed to sell coal-bed methane from its Tanjung Enim project to Indonesia's Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX:PGAS).

The deal covers 5.59 billion standard cubic feet of gas, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The first gas sales are expected in the first half of 2026, while deliveries are expected to run until August 2039, or until the contracted volume is fulfilled.
