Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant allowing the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share. The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BEBE U," with the Class A ordinary shares and warrants expected to trade separately under the symbols "BEBE" and "BEBE WS," respectively, once separation occurs.
