GenusPlus Group Secures AU$429 Revolving Syndicated Facility

GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) has executed a secured AU$429 million revolving syndicated facility agreement (SFA) with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, HSBC and National Australia Bank, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The SFA is an upsized replacement of the previous AU$147 million club facility, with a three-year term or one year for appropriate sub-facilities.

The company said it will use the funding for its ongoing growth strategy and capital needs.
