ZIGExN's (TYO:3679) subsidiary Apple World will acquire all shares of Singapore-based Quantum Reservation, making it a wholly owned subsidiary, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The acquisition aims to achieve sourcing synergies and establish a business foundation in Southeast Asia by shifting hotel procurement to direct sourcing through Quantum.

This transaction, funded by cash on hand, is positioned as ZIGExN's first fully global M&A and aligns with its strategy of growth through acquisitions.
