Esprit Holdings Limited has announced changes to its board of directors and committee compositions, effective 19 December 2025. The current board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Wright Bradley Stephen, Ms. Li Hui, and Ms. Liu Jianyi, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Liu Hang-so, Ms. Liu Tsui Fong, Mr. Lo Kin Ching Joseph, and Mr. Yu Chung Leung. Committee appointments are as follows: Ms. Liu Hang-so serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr. Lo Kin Ching Joseph as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Yu Chung Leung as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Other committee memberships include Ms. Liu Jianyi, Ms. Liu Tsui Fong, and Mr. Yu Chung Leung on the Audit Committee; Ms. Liu Hang-so, Ms. Liu Tsui Fong, and Mr. Yu Chung Leung on the Nomination Committee; and Ms. Liu Tsui Fong and Mr. Lo Kin Ching Joseph on the Remuneration Committee. The company also announced the resignation of Ms. Chiu Christin Su Yi as Executive Director and Chairperson, and Mr. Pak William Eui Won as Executive Director, CEO, and COO, both stepping down to pursue other business commitments.
