I-Net (TYO:9600) will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Jan. 30, 2026, to seek approval for a share consolidation and amendments to its articles of incorporation, steps that will lead to its delisting from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, according to a Thursday disclosure.
The move follows a tender offer by ORIX Corp (TYO:8591), which resulted in the bidder holding about 84.6% of I-NET's voting rights. The measures are part of follow-on squeeze-out procedures to make I-NET a wholly owned subsidiary.
Under the plan, I-NET shares will be delisted on Feb. 26, 2026.
