Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) said Thursday it has agreed to a multiyear partnership with Microsoft (MSFT) to jointly build and sell industry-grade artificial intelligence solutions.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

The companies will work together on large-scale deals across sectors like financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and retail, Cognizant said.
