Mewah International (SGX:MV4) agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Indonesia palm oil company, Paluta Inti Sawit for around 123 billion Indonesian rupiah, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the acquisition, Paluta will become the company's indirect subsidiary, the filing added.
