The company also eliminated related derivative liabilities, simplifying its capital structure. In addition, ConnectM has secured new funding arrangements with multiple lenders, including a $275,000 convertible promissory note with Labrys Fund II, LP, to provide additional liquidity for its growth initiatives. Management highlighted that these actions position the company for disciplined growth in electrification, logistics, distributed energy, and AI infrastructure.
