Eternity Investment (HKG:0764) agreed to place up to 20 million shares to at least six investors at HK$1 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$19.6 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent 4.96% of the financial service provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds to repay debt, as well as for general working capital.
