Horizon Minerals (ASX:HRZ) said the phase one resource drilling program at its Burbanks gold project in Western Australia returned high-grade intersections, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Two-thirds of the drilling program has been completed, and it hit an intercept of 0.96 meters at 1,762 grams per tonne grade of gold from 259.17 meters, including 0.3 meters at 5,848 g/t grade of gold.
Its shares jumped 9% in recent trading on Wednesday.
