Retail Food Group (ASX:RFG) said Rob Shore resigned as the Chief Financial Officer, effective Dec. 31, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Existing RFG Deputy CFO, Ryan Chellingworth, was promoted to the role of CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Shore will remain with the firm during his six-month notice period to support an effective transition.
