Paragon Care's (ASX:PGC) Paragon Care Singapore subsidiary completed the acquisition of the Somnotec Group, excluding its Thailand business, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The Thailand acquisition will push through after the Thailand entity obtains the foreign business license from its government, which is anticipated to take six to 12 months, the filing said.
