Shuoao International's (HKG:2336) Chairman Cao Jianguo resigned effective Friday to devote more time to other business commitments, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The firm, on the same day, named executive Director Feng Luming as its new chair. Feng also resigned as CEO of the firm.

Ji Siyi has been appointed the firm's new CEO. Ji is currently the vice president of Hailiang Group.
