Nayax (NYAX) said Wednesday that it has formed a partnership with Unipaas, an embedded payments provider for software-as-a-service platforms, to deliver a card and online payments product for UK platforms.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the collaboration, Unipaas will expand its embedded payments platform to support both digital and physical payments with point-of-sale devices powered by Nayax, the company said.

Unipaas will use Nayax's Nova Modu and Nova 55F mobile terminals in its embedded payments platform, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 2.5% in recent premarket activity.
