Ascent Industries (ACNT) said Thursday its board has authorized a new stock repurchase program for up to 2 million common shares over a two-year period ending Dec. 16, 2027.

Through the end of Q3, the company has bought back about 7.2% of its outstanding shares based on its Dec. 31, 2024 share count, Ascent Industries said.

Shares of the company were up over 6% in recent Thursday trading.
