Five9 Inc. announced new compensation terms as part of Amit Mathradas’ appointment as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2, 2026. Mathradas will receive corporate housing and use of a company-owned or leased automobile in the San Francisco Bay Area for 18 months, as well as reimbursement for travel expenses to and from the Bay Area during this period. If required to relocate after this transition period, he will be provided with market-competitive relocation benefits, subject to repayment of 75% of the gross amount if he leaves the company voluntarily or is terminated for cause within 12 months of relocation. Mathradas is also eligible for benefits under the Five9, Inc. 2019 Key Employee Severance Benefit Plan, including lump sum payments for earned but unpaid annual bonuses and a pro-rated bonus for the year of termination if terminated without cause. In the event of a constructive termination not related to a change in control, he will receive the same severance benefits as if terminated without cause.
