King Wan (SGX:554) has proposed to raise around SG$3.5 million via the placement of 70 million shares to Sek Ann Thong, Yap Bau Tan and Tan Seck Chun Christopher at SG$0.05 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the integrated building services provider were up nearly 2% in Thursday trading.

Proceeds raised from the placement will be utilized to fund ongoing projects and for new projects.
