GemLife Communities Group (ASX:GLF) agreed to acquire a greenfield development site in Queensland, covering nearly 33 hectares, for AU$21 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will seek a development approval for over 500 manufactured home sites and associated community facilities upon completion of the transaction, the filing said.
The asset includes two lots, which will settle in March 2026 and February 2027, respectively, per the filing.
Shares fell 1% in morning trade on Thursday.
