Credit Corp Group (ASX:CCP) submitted a confidential, conditional, non-binding indicative proposal to acquire 100% of Humm Group (ASX:HUM), according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Due diligence access is still pending, and there is no certainty the deal will proceed, the filing said.

Shares of Credit Corp fell around 1% in recent Wednesday trade, while Humm Group's shares surged 10%.
