Kim Heng (SGX:5G2) said Tan Keng Hoe Melvin will retire as the group chief technical officer, effective Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the offshore marine service contractor were up over 1% in Wednesday trading.

Following his retirement, Melvin will be appointed as a consultant for a year from Jan. 1, 2026, the filing said.
