Nouveau Monde Graphite (NMG) said late Wednesday it plans to launch an overnight marketed public offering of its common shares in the US.

The Canadian company intends to use the net proceeds for the procurement of long-lead equipment to initiate certain construction activities and to cover engineering and indirect costs incurred by its Matawinie Mine project in Montreal, among other things, it said.
