Ondas Holdings Inc., through its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business unit, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG) to explore a partnership focused on counter-UAV (C-UAV) solutions and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems in Europe. The collaboration aims to accelerate Ondas' expansion across the continent by combining OAS' autonomous technologies with HEIDELBERG's industrial manufacturing expertise and European production capabilities. The agreement, signed during a ceremony marking 60 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Israel, is expected to support Europe's defense modernization and improve the protection of critical infrastructure against drone threats.
