The agreement covers the construction, upgrading, reconstruction, and expansion of wastewater treatment facilities in the PRC. The transactions will be conducted in accordance with internal control procedures and standard tender processes to ensure prices and terms are fair and comparable to market rates. The Jiangxi Silver Dragon Group has previously provided construction services under an existing agreement, demonstrating experience and familiarity with Kangda HK Group's requirements. The renewal assumes no material change in market or regulatory conditions during the agreement term.
