China Silver (HKG:0815) has completed part of a share subscription under its general mandate, raising net proceeds of about HK$12.1 million, according to a Dec. 19 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the non-ferrous metals manufacturer were up more than 4% in Monday morning trade.
The company issued 27 million new shares at HK$0.45 each, representing about 0.91% of its issued share capital before and after the allotment.
Completion of the remaining subscription of 55 million shares under the same agreement is expected to take place in accordance with its terms, the filing said.
