Comms Group (ASX:CCG) said it has executed a facility agreement on improved commercial terms with Westpac (ASX:WBC) for a term of three years, with settlement expected by mid-January 2026 at the latest, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The facility Agreement includes an additional undrawn term loan to assist with the funding of future acquisitions, subject to certain conditions, and a new equipment leasing facility, the filing added.
