Big River Industries (ASX:BRI) completed its AU$10 million renounceable entitlement offer at AU$1.37 per share to support the acquisition of Western Australia distributor Johns Building Supplies, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Eligible shareholders also had the opportunity to apply for additional new shares beyond their entitlement under the entitlement offer top-up facility, the filing said.
