Elanor Investors Group (ASX:ENN) and Rockworth Capital Partners agreed to a further extension of the sunset date to Jan. 9, 2026, to facilitate the dispatch of a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to Elanor security holders, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The sunset date for completion of the Firmus business acquisition remains March 31, 2026, the filing said. Elanor expects the extraordinary general meeting to be held in early February 2026.
