The shares of NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) were flat in recent trading on Wednesday after its rival AirTrunk said in a same-day statement it acquired a new site in Melbourne, Victoria, for its second data center in the city, to be known as MEL2.
MEL2 is set to deliver over 354 megawatts of capacity, and it will add more than AU$5 billion in new direct investment, per the statement.
