Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) said Monday it has completed its third and final full-scale prototype aircraft, which will begin piloted flight testing after commissioning in January 2026.

The company said the new aircraft is an exact replica of its existing prototype, currently conducting transition flight tests at the UK Flight Test Centre.

The final prototype will double flight test capacity and support public demonstrations in 2026, featuring advanced systems from partners including Honeywell, Molicel and Syensqo, the company said.
