Jardine Cycle & Carriage Completes Partial Divestment of Stake in Vietnam's Vinamilk

Jardine Cycle & Carriage (SGX:C07) completed the partial divestment of its investment in Vinamilk (HOSE:VNM) through its subsidiary, Platinum Victory, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the completion of the divestment, Platinum now has a 6.02% stake in Vinamilk.

This comes after Platinum Victory agreed to sell a 4.60% stake in the Vietnam-listed company to F&N Dairy Investments for around 6.01 billion Vietnamese dongs.
