Embraer (EMBJ) Tuesday it has delivered its 50th E195 E2 Embraer aircraft to Porter Airlines, which also has confirmed orders for 75 aircraft plus purchase rights for another 25.

Porter has expanded flying in Canada, the US, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America, and is now launching 13 new routes this season to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Nassau, Grand Cayman, and Liberia from Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Hamilton airports, the company said.

Embraer said the E195 E2 can cut fuel burn by up to 29% versus first-generation E-Jets and has a range of 3,000 nautical miles, it said.
