Dec 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

** Azerbaijan's state energy company SOCAR has signed a deal to buy Gama Enerji's natural gas power plant in the central Turkish province of Kirikkale, a source familiar with the matter said.
