Sidus Space (SIDU) said late Monday it priced a public offering of about 19.2 million shares at $1.30 per share for gross proceeds of about $25 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, expected to close Wednesday, for sales and marketing, operational costs, product development, manufacturing expansion and general corporate purposes.
