Manuka Resources (ASX:MKR, NZE:MKR) issued 6.1 million shares at AU$0.075 apiece via a placement to a non-related party investor on Dec. 19, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Funds will be used for additional working capital, the filing said.
