SHIFT (TYO:3697) said its wholly owned subsidiary ALH Inc. will merge with Crebnet and Dataway Systems through an absorption-type merger, effective March 2, 2026, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Under the deal, ALH will be the surviving entity, with Crebnet and Dataway Systems dissolved.
