The board is led by Non-executive Director and Chairman Mr. Tam Ka Hei Raymond, who also serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Investment Management Committees, and as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Executive Directors Mr. Li Jing, who is the Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Shan Jingchao, are both members of the Investment Management Committee. Independent Non-executive Directors include Dr. Xie Xiangbing, who chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Investment Management Committees; Ms. Wang Yanxiao, who chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit, Nomination, and Investment Management Committees; and Mr. You Huanyu, who is a member of the Audit Committee.
