Vision Marine Technologies (VMAR) stock was 30% higher after the company said Friday it closed its previously announced public offering of 32 million units priced at $0.30 apiece for gross proceeds of $9.6 million.

Sidus Space (SIDU) shares were up 21%, extending Friday's gain.

Abivax (ABVX) stock was 16% higher after La Lettre reported that Eli Lilly (LLY) has entered early discussions with French authorities to explore a possible acquisition of Abivax.
