Seadrill $(SDRL)$ Elliott Investment Management raised its stake in the offshore drilling contractor to 4,213,146 shares. Elliott Investment Management did so through the purchase of 509,400 Seadrill shares from Dec. 15 through Dec. 18 at per share prices ranging from $29.47 to $32.27.

Following the latest purchases, Elliott Investment Management continues to own 6.8% of Seadrill's outstanding stock, though the filing also disclosed cash-settled swaps referencing 4,345,581 shares, bringing Elliott's combined economic exposure to about 13.7% of the outstanding shares. Shares of Seadrill have lost approximately 16.5% of their value in 2025.

Vestis $(VSTS)$ Corvex Management increased its stake in the workplace uniforms provider to 19,821,433 shares. Corvex Management did so through the purchase of 1,010,064 Vestis shares from Dec. 16 through Dec. 17 at per share prices ranging from $6.79 to $6.81.

Following the latest purchases, Corvex Management continues to own 15% of Vestis' outstanding stock. Shares of Vestis have lost roughly 55.8% of their value in 2025.

MasterCraft Boat Holdings(MCFT) Coliseum Capital Management raised its stake in the recreational powerboat maker to 3,697,422 shares. Coliseum Capital Management did so through the purchase of 134,807 MasterCraft Boat Holdings shares from Dec. 18 through Dec. 22 at per share prices ranging from $19.18 to $19.99.

Following the latest purchases, Coliseum owns 22.7% of MasterCraft's outstanding stock. Shares of MasterCraft Boat Holdings have gained roughly 6.8% in value in 2025.

Decreases in Holdings

Garrett Motion (GTX) Cyrus Capital Partners reduced its stake in the vehicle-parts maker to 9,084,973 shares. Cyrus Capital Partners did so through the sale of 2,659,741 Garrett Motion shares from Dec. 8 through Dec. 16 at per share prices ranging from $16.37 to $17.19.

Following the latest sales, Cyrus Capital Partners continues to own 4.7% of Garrett Motion's outstanding stock, placing Cyrus below the 5% threshold that would require it to report further sales. Shares of Garrett Motion have gained about 95.2% in value in 2025.

Disc Medicine (IRON) Atlas Venture Fund X lowered its stake in the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company to 1,513,875 shares. Atlas Venture Fund did so through the sale of 371,572 Disc Medicine shares from Dec. 12 through Dec. 17 at per share prices ranging from $91 to $94.26.

Following the latest sales, Atlas Venture Fund continues to own approximately 4% of Disc Medicine's outstanding stock, placing Atlas below the 5% threshold that would require it to report further sales. Shares of Disc Medicine have gained roughly 28.1% in value in 2025.
