Sidus Space (SIDU) said Wednesday it has closed its public offering of 19.2 million Class A common shares, sold at $1.30 apiece for gross proceeds of $25 million.

The company said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering for sales and marketing, operational costs, product development, and other expenses.

Shares of the company were up nearly 36% in recent Friday premarket activity.
