Foresta Group (ASX:FGH) signed a deed of amendment to the technology license agreement with German-based company E3 Carbon, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The amendment extends the condition satisfaction period to Dec. 31, 2027, and provides clarity regarding the licensing of E3 Carbon's torrefaction technology in Australia and New Zealand, the filing said.
